GOLF ASSESSMENT
Golf assessments that add yards to the swing without adding strain to the back.
TPI-informed, certified therapist-led golf movement screening. Address what your body is forcing your swing to do.
OVERVIEW
What is the golf assessment?
Our golf assessment is a certified therapist-led, TPI-informed movement screen designed for golfers who want to address pain, distance loss, or swing faults that have not responded to lessons alone. We test the mobility, strength and motor-control factors that drive most amateur-and-club-level swing breakdowns.
The screen pairs with a slow-motion review of your swing where appropriate — phone-captured at range, then walked through in the studio with your certified therapist. We connect the body limitations to the swing characteristics so you and your coach are working from the same picture.
Most clients book this assessment for chronic low-back, hip, shoulder or wrist issues, or to address a specific characteristic (early extension, S-posture, loss of posture, casting) that has not budged.
BENEFITS
What this work is for.
- Address golf-related back, hip, shoulder and wrist pain
- Identify the body limits behind swing faults
- Improve mobility and rotational power
- Coordinate with your coach using a shared framework
- Build a maintenance program for the season
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your session, step by step.
Movement screen
Hip and thoracic rotation, lower-body stability, wrist mobility, single-leg control — the components the swing actually demands.
Swing video review
If you bring swing footage (or capture it on the range first), we link the body findings to your specific swing characteristics.
Corrective plan
Mobility and strength work targeted at the limits identified. Short, specific, and dosed to your in-season or off-season window.
Coordinate with your coach
A written summary you can share with your golf coach so the lessons and the rehab work pull the same direction.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Helpful but not required. Even one phone-captured face-on and down-the-line swing helps connect the body findings to the swing. We can also capture footage in-studio.
