RMT (She/Her/Hers)

Arra graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) where she studied various techniques and gained clinical experience treating patients with a variety of conditions like acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, stress and work related concerns causing pain and tension, neurological conditions, etc.

Her interest in the human body and its function, as well as how manual therapy affects the body, led her to pursue to become an RMT. She understands that massage therapy is significant and helpful in one’s overall health by promoting relaxation, reducing stress, providing relief from pain/tension, and preventing injuries. She uses a variety of techniques, including but not limited to: general Swedish massage, deep tissue work, joint mobilization, myofascial release, neuromuscular technique, trigger point release. etc. She hopes to continue to seek beneficial courses and opportunities in the near future to advance her knowledge in order to better tailor effective treatment plans for her clients.

In addition to practicing massage therapy, Arra works as an engineering technologist/drafter. She also enjoys working out at the gym, playing badminton, reading books and watching anime. She spends most of her time with her family and two cats. Arra is fluent in both English and Tagalog.
