We are hiring client care coordinators across our five studios. First point of contact for every client. You own booking, billing, coverage questions, and the calm, friendly tone that makes the studio feel different.

The client care coordinator role is not back-of-house — you set the client experience from the door inward.

The clinician profile.
- Comfortable with EMR systems (Jane), direct-billing portals and a busy phone
- Coverage knowledge across MSP, ICBC, WSBC and extended health (training provided — bring the willingness to learn)
- Detail-oriented under pressure — the day will move, the booking grid needs to stay coherent
- Genuine warmth — every client gets remembered by name
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
What the day looks like.
- 01Greet clients, manage check-in and check-out flow, run direct billing at point of service
- 02Manage the studio's booking grid in Jane EMR — schedule, reschedule, juggle cancellations
- 03Answer coverage questions across MSP, ICBC, WSBC and extended health
- 04Support clinicians with small admin tasks (file paperwork, follow-up calls, supply tracking)
- 05Maintain the cleanliness, warmth and small touches that make the studio feel cared for

SCHEDULE
Hours that flex around your life.
Full or part-time. Studios run roughly 7am–7pm Monday to Friday with Saturday shifts at most locations. We will work around the schedule that fits.
