One of the team that came to us is a globally recognised activewear brand, headquartered here in Metro Vancouver. They wanted to look after their people through a busy stretch — not with another email about wellbeing, but with something their staff could feel that same day.
We brought our chairs in and set up out of the way. Over the afternoon our registered massage therapists worked through the team back-to-back — short, fully-clothed sessions, one person after another, while the rest of the office carried on around us. People came over tense from a screen and walked away with their shoulders down where they belong.
