WORKPLACE WELLNESS

Bring the clinic
to your team.

Launch Rehab sends registered massage therapists into your workplace — chairs, supplies, schedule and all — so your people can unknot a long week without leaving the building.

REQUEST A SESSION

WHAT IT IS

A clinic visit, minus the commute.

For one afternoon — or one a month — we set up at your office and work through your team. Each person sits down fully clothed for a focused chair massage on the back, shoulders, and neck, then heads back to their desk loosened up. No appointments to chase, no oils, nothing for anyone to organise. Just the people who keep your business running, looked after for an hour or two.

WHY TEAMS BOOK IT

The case for bringing massage to the office.

A perk people actually feel

Most workplace benefits live on a portal nobody opens. This one lands the moment a therapist's hands hit a tight shoulder — a small, genuine signal that the company is looking after its people.

Looser shoulders, sharper afternoons

Twenty minutes out of the chair, away from the screen, with the upper back worked loose. People tend to go back to their desks calmer and clearer than they left them.

Built for desk-bound bodies

Necks, shoulders, and upper backs take the brunt of a long week at a keyboard. Chair massage targets exactly those areas — no appointment, no commute, no day off needed.

We bring everything

Chairs, supplies, therapists, a schedule. You give us a quiet corner and a window of time; we handle the rest and pack down without a trace.

Registered therapists, not a novelty

Every therapist is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC) — the same clinicians who work in our studios, brought to your floor.

Close to your office

Five studios across Metro Vancouver — Lougheed, Coquitlam, Richmond, New Westminster, and North Burnaby — means we are rarely a long drive from your team.

IN PRACTICE

An afternoon with a Vancouver activewear team.

One of the team that came to us is a globally recognised activewear brand, headquartered here in Metro Vancouver. They wanted to look after their people through a busy stretch — not with another email about wellbeing, but with something their staff could feel that same day.

We brought our chairs in and set up out of the way. Over the afternoon our registered massage therapists worked through the team back-to-back — short, fully-clothed sessions, one person after another, while the rest of the office carried on around us. People came over tense from a screen and walked away with their shoulders down where they belong.

It is the kind of thing that is easy to arrange and hard to forget — which is exactly why teams ask us back.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, and we take it from there.

01

Tell us about your team

Roughly how many people, where you are, and the day you have in mind. A team off-site, a busy stretch before a deadline, a thank-you after one — any reason works.

02

We build the session around you

We work out how many therapists and how long, so the schedule fits your headcount and the time you can give us. Chairs as standard; a treatment table if you'd rather.

03

Our RMTs come to you

We arrive, set up in the corner you've pointed us to, and get started. No oils, no fuss, nothing for your team to prepare.

04

Your team unwinds

Ten to twenty minutes each, fully clothed, then back to their desk loosened up. We keep the rota moving so the queue never stalls.

THE LOGISTICS

What's included, plainly.

  • Fully clothed — chair massage works the back, shoulders, neck, and arms. No oils, no lotions.
  • We bring the massage chairs (or a portable table if you'd prefer that format).
  • A quiet corner or a small meeting room is all the space we need.
  • 10–20 minutes per person; we build the rota around your headcount and time window.
  • Every therapist is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC).
  • Priced simply by therapists × hours — tell us your team and we'll send a clear quote.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions teams ask first.

How long is each massage?
Most workplace sessions run 10 to 20 minutes per person. We map a rota to your headcount and the time you have, so the line keeps moving and everyone gets a turn.
Does anyone have to get undressed?
No. Chair massage is done fully clothed, with no oils or lotions. The therapist works through the back, shoulders, neck, and arms — the places a desk day tends to seize up.
How much space do we need?
A quiet corner or a small meeting room is plenty. We bring the massage chairs and everything else; you just point us to the spot.
Can staff claim it on their extended health?
Generally no. When the employer arranges and funds an onsite session, it is a workplace perk rather than an individually billed treatment, so it is not claimed against personal extended-health coverage. If someone wants a billable registered massage therapy treatment they can submit to insurance, that is a regular appointment at one of our clinics.
How big a team can you handle?
From a small team to a full floor. We scale the number of therapists to your headcount and the window you give us, then build a schedule that fits.
Where do you travel?
Across Metro Vancouver. With five studios — Lougheed, Coquitlam, Richmond, New Westminster, and North Burnaby — we are rarely far from your office.
