Christianna is a dedicated physiotherapist graduating from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Physical Therapy. She has also earned her AIM Orthopaedic Level 1 Manual Therapy Certification. Driven by a passion for providing personalized care, she offers tailored treatments, resources, and advice to empower clients in managing their health and reaching their goals. Growing up, Christianna enjoyed playing various sports including soccer and volleyball. Her love for movement inspired her to take on diverse roles, including coaching youth sports, leading activities in senior care facilities, and working with individuals of all ages as a student kinesiologist. These experiences ultimately motivated her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Christianna has since gained a wide range of experiences including working with the neurological population, seniors at the Elder Care Clinic at VGH, and clients of all ages in private physiotherapy clinics.
Christianna believes in the importance of clear communication and active listening to gather a holistic view of a client’s well-being prior to beginning treatment. Her approach includes providing hands-on techniques, exercises, and education to help clients achieve their fullest potential and live the life they desire.
Outside of the studio, Christianna enjoys running, weightlifting, skiing, and playing various sports with friends. Other hobbies include cooking, baking, travelling, and exploring new outdoor swimming spots!
