Ivana Truong

Ivana completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto and her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia.

Ivana's passion for physical therapy stems from her love for motivating those around her to stay active. Having worked across diverse healthcare settings, Ivana prioritizes listening and understanding client stories to support individuals in returning to what matters most to them. Ivana integrates exercise, manual therapy, and education to create a personalized plan for each client. Especially after experiencing injuries herself, Ivana is passionate about guiding and empowering clients through recovery and restoring movement confidence.

Outside of the studio, you can find Ivana outside on a run or lifting at the gym. Ivana also enjoys baking, hiking, and spending time with family, friends, and her bunny named Cherry.

Ivana is fluent in English and conversational in Cantonese.
