Megan completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. With a strong foundation in movement science, she takes an evidence-based and patient-centred approach to care, combining hands-on manual therapy with individualized exercise programs.
She works with clients of all ages and activity levels and is passionate about helping people feel confident and comfortable with movement. She holds her Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Level 1 certification and has experience supporting clients with a wide range of presentations, including musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, post-operative rehabilitation, workplace and motor vehicle accident–related injuries, neurological conditions, and general joint pain or strains. She emphasizes restoring efficient movement, strength, and confidence through a combination of manual therapy, joint mobilizations, mobility work, and progressive exercise, creating a supportive environment that empowers clients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Outside the studio, she enjoys staying active through strength training, pilates, hiking, pickleball, tennis, and golf. She also loves spending time with her dog.
