CHIROPRACTIC
Spinal and joint care that moves with you.
Evidence-informed chiropractic — manual therapy plus the rehab work that holds the change.
OVERVIEW
What is chiropractic care?
Chiropractors in BC are regulated by the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) and practice to a defined scope. The discipline focuses on the assessment and treatment of the spine, joints and the muscles around them — typically through manual mobilization, adjustment, soft-tissue technique and exercise.
At Launch Rehab, chiropractic is a treatment tool used inside an integrated plan, not a recurring appointment for life. Your chiropractor will assess the joint and movement issue, treat it with the technique that fits, and pair the visit with the exercise side that keeps the change.
We commonly treat low-back pain, neck and headache presentations, mid-back stiffness, and post-crash injuries through ICBC.
BENEFITS
What this work is for.
- Improve spinal and peripheral joint mobility
- Reduce mechanical neck, back and headache pain
- Address post-MVA stiffness and movement loss
- Support return to lifting, sport and work
- Combine with physiotherapy and RMT under one roof
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your session, step by step.
Assessment
History, movement testing, neurological screen and any imaging review you bring with you. We will tell you when an adjustment is the right tool — and when it is not.
Joint mobilization
Hands-on joint mobilization or adjustment, calibrated to what the joint can tolerate today. No-cavitation techniques used for any client who prefers them.
Soft-tissue work
The muscle and fascial layer around the joint is part of the picture. Most sessions include focused soft-tissue release alongside the mobilization.
Exercise prescription
A short, specific exercise plan to load the joint correctly between visits. Without this side, manual care is short-lived.

KIND WORDS
What our clients say.
"I've been to quite a few RMTs over the years, so I have a pretty good sense of when someone really knows what they're doing, and Arra has been great! She's incredibly attentive and takes time to understand what's going on instead of jumping straight into treatment. What I noticed right away is that she seems to know exactly where to work and can pinpoint problem areas that other practitioners have missed. Every session feels like it's part of a bigger plan rather than just a one-off massage. I can tell she's tracking my progress and adjusting treatment based on how my body is responding. I've already noticed improvements since starting treatment with her, which has been really encouraging. If you're looking for an RMT in the Lougheed area, I highly recommend Arra. I'm very impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and the results I've seen so far."

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
When practiced by a regulated chiropractor inside scope, yes. We screen for the small set of presentations where manipulation is contraindicated and choose the technique that fits the joint and the client. If you would prefer not to be adjusted, mobilization-based techniques achieve similar outcomes.
