NORTH BURNABY

EDWARD LU

DC, RMT (HE/HIM/HIS)
Dr. Edward Lu obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and his Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at UBC. He is also licensed as a RMT and has certifications in various courses such as Functional Movement Screen and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS).

Having worked with individuals ranging from desk workers to professional athletes, Edward will tailor a treatment plan unique to your needs. Whether it is headaches, neck and back pain, or injuries relating to the jaw (TMJ), shoulders, or knee, Edward will use a combination of different techniques to address your concerns and get you back to doing the activities you love. Some of these techniques include:
Chiropractic adjustments and joint mobilizations
Myofascial release and trigger point therapy
Instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy
Cupping
Therapeutic and performance-based exercises
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Edward golfing and playing volleyball or discovering new hiking trails.

RICHMOND

CHRISTY YIP

DC, BSC (SHE/HER/HERS)
Dr. Christy Yip graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, and obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Oregon.

Although she is petite, she has great knowledge and techniques in treating various musculoskeletal conditions. Her approach to treatment focuses on using chiropractic techniques and active rehabilitation to increase mobility through stability and strength development. She has experience working with a diverse population including prenatal women, athletes, MVA clients, and work-related injuries. She specifically chose not to have a specialization at this time as she loves the ever-changing challenges each case brings. She truly believes each person has a story to tell, and it is the practitioner’s responsibility to listen and help them through the hurdles.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Christy indulging in Vancouver’s food scene, but also hiking up to breath-taking mountain views.

Dr. Christy speaks fluent English and Cantonese, and conversational Mandarin.

LINFORD GEEKIYANAGE

DC (HE/HIM/HIS)
Born and raised in here in Vancouver, Dr. Linford Geekiyanage received his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose, California after completing his Bachelors of Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia.

Linford’s approach to care involves assessment of not only the area of complaint, but the surrounding structures as well in order to determine the root cause of your problem. Linford aims to get you out of pain and moving better in a short time frame while also providing you with long term solutions to your issues. He plans to do this using a variety of manual therapy techniques including chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, taping as well as rehabilitative exercises.

Outside of the clinic, Linford is a self proclaimed racquet sport virtuoso as he plays badminton, tennis, pickle ball, and table tennis. He also enjoys playing volleyball and weight training.
