BKIN (SHE/HER/HERS) Terisa graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, specializing in Neuromechanical and Physiological Sciences. Her early involvement in athletics, including track and field, cross country running, and volleyball, as well as her passion for competitive swimming, fostered a deep love for sports. This, combined with her dedication to helping others and her fascination with the human body, inspired her to pursue a degree in Kinesiology.
Terisa is committed to helping her clients achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals. She enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and has prior experience working with individuals with spinal cord injuries at the Physical Activity Research Center (PARC) at the Vancouver General Hospital. As a Kinesiologist, Terisa continually seeks to grow and improve, leveraging her athletic background and her previous work experience to enhance the quality of her care.
Outside of the clinic, Terisa enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, swimming, photography, traveling, and trying new foods.
Terisa is fluent in English and Cantonese.
