Physiotherapists
Kevin completed both his Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) and Bachelor of Kinesiology (B.Kin) from the University of British Columbia. He has also successfully completed his Level 1 Orthopaedic Division certification.
Kevin is committed to utilizing a holistic and person-centred approach to actively involve each client in their treatment plan. By encouraging open communication and collaboration, he ensures every client’s preferences, values and goals are at the forefront of each session. His treatment philosophy focuses on utilizing hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and other evidence-based techniques to help each client achieve their optimal level of health and wellness. He has experience treating a wide range of clients from office workers to performance athletes and even ICBC claims. Kevin is excited to share his expertise with you.
Kevin competed in Thailand representing Team Canada in 2019 in the 24U Dragon Boat Team and hopes to make the Canadian National Team again in 2025. Outside of the clinic, you can find Kevin dragon boating in False Creek, lifting weights, hiking, or walking his shiba, Aiko.

Adrian completed his Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from the University of British Columbia after completing his Bachelor of Kinesiology at UBC.
Adrian has an extensive research background working with individuals with spinal cord injury and a wide range of experience working with athletes, ICBC claims, workplace injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and weekend warriors. Combined with his athletic background in volleyball and basketball, he understands the importance of listening to the needs of the client and empowering the client throughout the rehabilitation process.
Adrian uses a combined approach of hands-on techniques, corrective exercises, and education to help clients achieve their movement goals and move more pain-free. He has completed his Level 1 Orthopaedic Certification with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and numerous seminars.
Adrian enjoys staying fit by playing volleyball and weight-training. Other hobbies Adrian enjoys are woodworking, DIY projects, gardening, going to the beach and trying out new foods!
Ethan’s passion for human movement was ignited at 16 years old, where he earned his personal training certification through the BCRPA. Since then, he has furthered his education by obtaining his Bachelor of Kinesiology Health Science degree from the University of British Columbia and Master of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Sydney. Ethan has also obtained various other certifications including FMS level 1, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, and Canadian Fitness Education Services Personal Trainer Certification.
With over 10 years of experience in the fitness and rehabilitation sector, Ethan has accrued a wealth of experience working alongside Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to rehabilitate individuals suffering from physical injuries and the accompanying psychological sequelae. While in Australia, he has further honed these experiences and strategies to improve function and quality of life for a myriad of musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and age-related conditions.
His goal is simple: to help you move, lift, and live pain-free… all while optimizing the fitness parameters of your craft. Whether your craft is running marathons, sports, bodybuilding, powerlifting, or even just walking outside with your significant other; Ethan will strive to help you improve any insidious dysfunction you may have, so that you can do what you love doing for the rest of your life. Ethan is also extremely passionate in his craft as a lifetime natural bodybuilding competitor. He enjoys immersing himself in the latest research pertinent to hypertrophy, physiotherapy, and biomechanics, and constantly implements these findings into improving his practice.
Pat completed his Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from the University of British Columbia after previously completing his Master in Kinesiology (MKIN) at UBC.
Since 2015, Pat has been helping individuals manage injuries and reach their physical goals through his work as a Kinesiologist. Pat has extensive experience working with seniors through his work as a kinesiologist with the Changing Aging program at UBC. He also has a special interest in working with all athletes from recreational to high performance. During his MKIN program, Pat was offered a scholarship to work as a graduate assistant strength coach for UBC varsity sport teams. Due to his background, Pat is able to perform a sports needs analysis and develop a personal return to play treatment plan to mitigate the risk of re-injury.
Pat believes that our ability to change our bodies through exercise is an amazing privilege. His goal is to help clients recover from injuries by empowering them to take an active role in rehabilitation. In a treatment session, you can expect a combination of manual therapy, strength and mobility exercises, and education on how to manage your injury until our next session.
Outside the clinic, Pat is passionate about pursuing his own physical goals. Pat is a former provincial champion in Olympic Weightlifting, and has represented Team BC on multiple occasions. Previously he has competed at the World level in competitive cheerleading. He also enjoys playing basketball and racquet sports in his spare time!

REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPISTS
Gianne’s aspiration to be a part of the health and wellness profession landed him as a Registered Massage Therapist. He studied at the University of British Columbia where he earned his Bachelors in Kinesiology; later completing his journey at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.
Gianne takes a collaborative approach in his treatment, focusing on client goals in order to create a unique individualized treatment plan. With his previous knowledge of exercise science, he combines manual therapy, movement, and exercise to fully optimize treatment benefits. He has experience working with athletes, work-related injuries, neurological impairments and more.
Outside the clinic, you can catch Gianne working the boxing mits, weightlifting, holding a mic at a karaoke venue, or learning Blackpink’s choreography.
Gianne is fluent in both English and Tagalog.
Don is a Registered Massage Therapist who lives an active lifestyle with a passion for helping others. This has led Don to pursue a career in massage therapy, graduating from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, after obtaining a Diploma of Kinesiology. Don utilizes a variety of techniques such as myofascial, swedish, and trigger-point therapy to best help achieve client goals.
He has a passion for weightlifting and has had years of experience playing a range of sports including basketball, volleyball, track and field, and ultimate frisbee. During his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, golfing, hiking and going to the gym.
With his knowledge and passion for living a balanced and active lifestyle, he strives to help his patients understand their bodies, help them move better and improve their quality of life.
Don is proficient in English and Tagalog.
Andy is a graduate of WCCMT. With an extensive background working with diverse clients, he has honed his skills to create personalized massage experiences. Recognizing that every individual’s healing journey is different, Andy takes a thoughtful and customized approach to each treatment. Drawing from a wide range of techniques, including active methods and deep tissue work, he ensures that your specific needs and goals are met with precision and care.
Andy’s commitment to your well-being extends beyond the massage table. He firmly believes in a holistic approach to healing, integrating hydrotherapy and exercise to enhance the overall outcome and support your long-term wellness.
During his free time, Andy loves to get outside and explore BC trails with his dog, Koopie. He also has a passion for travel and embracing new cultures and cuisines.

Alfred studied Sociology at the University of British Columbia before recognizing his passion for helping others. Having been an athlete for the majority of his life, Alfred is dedicated to helping individuals rehabilitate sports-related injuries, as well as regain movement through work-related stress. Alfred graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.
He has gained experience in musculoskeletal pain, overuse injuries, sports-related injuries, and postural dysfunctions. He commonly incorporates Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, Trigger-Point Release, and Dynamic Stretching. Alfred is also a Graston Trained Provider and is TPI Level 1 Certified.
During his free time, you can find him enjoying his time in the weight room or playing basketball.
Alfred is able to speak English and conversational Cantonese and Mandarin.
Marco graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College in Fall 2023. He believes recovery is multifaceted and requires an intentional and compassionate approach to make a lasting impact on a person’s quality of life.
Marco tailors each treatment to each person’s needs, utilizing a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage.
Outside of work you can find Marco weightlifting, running, or trying out new cafes in Vancouver with his partner.
CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Christy Yip graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, and obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Oregon.
Although she is petite, she has great knowledge and techniques in treating various musculoskeletal conditions. Her approach to treatment focuses on using chiropractic techniques and active rehabilitation to increase mobility through stability and strength development. She has experience working with a diverse population including prenatal women, athletes, MVA clients, and work-related injuries. She specifically chose not to have a specialization at this time as she loves the ever-changing challenges each case brings. She truly believes each person has a story to tell, and it is the practitioner’s responsibility to listen and help them through the hurdles.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Christy indulging in Vancouver’s food scene, but also hiking up to breath-taking mountain views.

REGISTERED ACUPUNCTURISTS
Yamani earned her Master’s of Science degree in Acupuncture in New York City. Since 2008, she has had extensive work experience in multidisciplinary pain clinics, many patients have benefited from her care. Her life’s mission has always been to help and heal, and acupuncture has allowed her to maximally benefit others.
Although thoroughly versed in many different treatment categories, she also specializes in auto injuries. She is skilled in precise needle protocols and techniques that allow her to give better, more efficient treatment, than typical. Always driven to improve herself, she has diligently studied with great master practitioners. Through this, she has developed a profound understanding of best practices, and how to adapt to each patient’s needs.
She specializes in – but is not limited to – TCM, Kiiko Matsumoto style Acupuncture, Acupressure, Myofascial/Trigger-point release, Facial Acupuncture, Electro Acupuncture, Cupping, Guasha, and many other forms of therapy. Yamani has been a NCCAOM diplomat since 2008.

Isabelle graduated from McGill University in Montreal, QC with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences (Dietetics).
She has a passion for helping others meet their goals through food and nutrition, and believes it is a pillar of health. She uses an intuitive eating approach to improve your relationship with food, and help achieve your goals through personalized lifestyle changes.
Isabelle is a member of the College of Dieticians of BC (CDBC) and is an affiliate faculty member at McGill University, where she mentors and supervises dietetics students. She also co-founded her own snack company, Remix Snacks. In her free time, she’s an avid marathon runner and triathlete, loves skiing, cooking, and trying new foods and restaurants in the city.
Isabelle is fluent in English, and conversational in French and Cantonese.
REGISTERED CLINICAL COUNSELLORS
Alexandra is a BCACC registered clinical counsellor with 15 years of experience in therapeutic environments. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University in Vancouver and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Concordia University in Montreal.
Recognizing that each person's journey through life is unique, Alexandra believes that authentic connection, empathy, and unconditional acceptance create the safety and space necessary to uncover and explore inner resources. This supportive environment helps individuals navigate challenges and achieve their goals. Her counselling approach is primarily person-centred and trauma-informed, integrating training in focusing-oriented psychotherapy and emotion-focused individual therapy. She also incorporates interventions and resources from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment theory, internal family systems, mindfulness, and narrative therapy to facilitate the therapeutic process. This collaborative approach aims to strengthen each individual’s voice, agency, and sense of empowerment.
Alexandra’s counselling experience encompasses a wide range of issues, including trauma, abuse, attachment wounds, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, burnout, traumatic brain injury (TBI), chronic pain, neurodiversity, and substance use challenges. She works with children, youth, and adults and is an approved counsellor with the First Nations Health Authority and the Crime Victim Assistance Program.
Her lived experiences as a single mother raising two daughters have equipped her with valuable insights into navigating systemic and relational challenges, financial barriers, and resource accessibility. Alexandra understands the importance of self-compassion, empowerment, relational support, and the strength that arises from vulnerability.
Endurance sports play a significant role in her life; she has completed five marathons, a triathlon, and several long-distance swims. Currently, she maintains a strong yoga practice and enjoys nature walks, trail riding, paddleboarding, and cold plunges.
Fiona is a trilingual counsellor fluent in English, Mandarin, and some Japanese, with extensive experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds to address a variety of challenges. She graduated with a Master of Counselling Psychology from Adler University in 2018 and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#17880).
Utilizing various therapeutic approaches, Fiona supports her clients in increasing their awareness and understanding of their mind, body, and emotional responses to stressors, enabling them to achieve their daily life goals more effectively. She also helps clients explore their inner emotional experiences to enhance the stability and quality of their relationships with others.
Fiona is dedicated to facilitating personal growth, assisting clients in developing greater self-awareness and a stronger sense of identity, ultimately enhancing their overall life satisfaction. Through this process, clients learn to respond to life's challenges in a more balanced and empowered manner.
Having worked with teenagers, young adults, university students, and adults, Fiona understands that every event in a person's life holds meaning, shaped by their unique interpretations. These meanings can guide individuals toward becoming who they aspire to be, pursuing their desired paths, and engaging in what makes them feel truly alive. In her sessions, she focuses on helping clients discover and embrace their true, healthier selves.
KINESIOLOGISTS
Terisa graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, specializing in Neuromechanical and Physiological Sciences. Her early involvement in athletics, including track and field, cross country running, and volleyball, as well as her passion for competitive swimming, fostered a deep love for sports. This, combined with her dedication to helping others and her fascination with the human body, inspired her to pursue a degree in Kinesiology.
Terisa is committed to helping her clients achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals. She enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and has prior experience working with individuals with spinal cord injuries at the Physical Activity Research Center (PARC) at the Vancouver General Hospital. As a Kinesiologist, Terisa continually seeks to grow and improve, leveraging her athletic background and her previous work experience to enhance the quality of her care.
Outside of the clinic, Terisa enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, swimming, photography, traveling, and trying new foods.

With over a decade of experience in diverse settings, Galen has excelled in General Fitness, Strength & Conditioning for youth, collegiate, and professional athletes, as well as Clinical Rehabilitation for chronic pain, return-to-sport, and MVA/WCB cases. Galen’s expertise is further enriched by his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, which provided valuable experience in various in-patient hospital environments. These combined experiences have led Galen to specialize in applied biomechanics and the principles of resistance training, particularly as they relate to pain, function, and performance.
Galen adopts a holistic view of movement, recognizing its fluidity across different contexts. His approach bridges the gap between clinical rehabilitation and performance enhancement. Galen is dedicated to improving society’s quality of life by effectively treating pain and enhancing function. His goal is to empower individuals, enabling them to perform their roles more effectively and enjoy activities and hobbies that pain may have previously hindered. As he believes, the stronger and healthier the roots, the sturdier and more resilient the tree.
