We are hiring registered massage therapists who want to work in a treatment-focused, rehab-oriented practice.
WHO WE ARE
Independent. Clinician-led. Since 2015.
Launch Rehab has been independent and clinician-led since 2015, with five studios in Lougheed, Coquitlam, Richmond, New Westminster and North Burnaby.
A multidisciplinary team of 40+ physios, RMTs, chiros, registered acupuncturists, kinesiologists, dietitians and counsellors working from one care plan per client.
We grew because therapists wanted somewhere that respected the clinical decision rather than turning them into a billing line. That has not changed.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The clinician profile.
- Registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) in good standing
- Comfortable with deep-tissue, trigger-point, post-MVA whiplash and chronic-pain presentations
- A professional approach to assessment, draping, consent and treatment planning
- Interested in coordinated care, happy to communicate with referring physios and chiros
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
What the day looks like.
- 0160, 75 and 90 minute therapeutic sessions on hydraulic tables
- 02Assessment-based treatment with clear chart notes in Jane EMR
- 03Coordinate soft-tissue interventions with the client's multi-disciplinary or independent recovery goals.
- 04Direct billing handled by our client care coordinators: ICBC, WSBC and most extended-health insurers

SCHEDULE
Hours that flex around your life.
Monday to Friday with weekend availability for at least one weekend day, depending on the studio. Evening shifts available at most studios.
