PHYSIOTHERAPY IN LOUGHEED
Why clients in Lougheed choose us.
Our Lougheed physiotherapy studio sits on Level 1 of the Residential Podium above CIBC and LifeLabs, a five-minute walk from Production Way – University SkyTrain. It's the flagship Launch Rehab space — full power rack, reformer, treadmill, and private treatment rooms — and the team that staffs it sees post-MVA clients, runners from Burnaby Mountain, office workers in the Lougheed corridor, and weekend athletes from across the Tri-Cities.
Every appointment is one-on-one with the same physiotherapist who does your assessment. We work to the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC scope: manual therapy, IMS where indicated, and a written exercise plan you can actually do between sessions.
Late evening appointments Monday–Friday and weekend availability mean you can keep training, work, or family routines.

FAQ
Physiotherapy in Lougheed — questions.
How do I get to the Lougheed studio from the SkyTrain?
+
From Production Way – University, walk through City of Lougheed Mall toward Grande Promenade. We're on Level 1 above CIBC, between LifeLabs and PriceSmart Foods. Total walk: about five minutes.
Can I book physio in the evening after work?
+
Yes. Lougheed is open until 8pm Monday through Friday, and until 5pm on weekends. After-work slots (5–7pm) book out 5–7 days in advance, so booking early helps.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
+
No. Physiotherapy in BC is direct-access. Some extended-health plans still require a referral for reimbursement — check with your insurer if that's how you're paying.
