About the Lougheed studio.
Is the Lougheed studio open evenings?
Yes. We're open until 8pm Monday through Friday, and 5pm on weekends. Most of our after-work appointments book out 5–7 days in advance, so booking early helps.
Can I park for free if I'm only here for an appointment?
Yes — the mall lot offers free parking for up to 4 hours, which covers any single appointment. If you're combining a session with shopping, the same lot continues to apply.
Do you have a reformer at Lougheed?
Yes. Lougheed is one of our reformer Pilates studios, with sessions led by a physiotherapist or certified clinical Pilates instructor.
