City of Lougheed, five minutes from the SkyTrain.
Our Lougheed studio is next to LifeLabs on Level 1 of the Residential Podium at the City of Lougheed, above the CIBC on Grande Promenade. A direct walkway connects the Lougheed Town Centre mall straight to the studio.
Lougheed Town Centre SkyTrain Station is a five-minute walk, and bus routes 110, 136, 145, and 156 all stop at the same hub.

- We are on Level 1 of the Residential Podium at the City of Lougheed, next to LifeLabs, above the CIBC on Grande Promenade. Lougheed Town Centre SkyTrain Station is a five-minute walk, with a direct walkway from the mall.
- Can I start ICBC physiotherapy before my adjuster calls me back?
- Yes. The first 12 weeks of physiotherapy and other pre-approved treatments under ICBC Enhanced Care do not need adjuster approval to begin. As soon as you have a claim number, you can book at the Lougheed studio and we direct-bill ICBC from your first session.
- What ICBC-covered services are available at the Lougheed studio?
- Lougheed offers physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture and IMS, and clinical Pilates, all direct-billed to ICBC within pre-approved allotments. If your claim also needs chiropractic, kinesiology, or clinical counselling, our New Westminster or North Burnaby studios carry those.
- Do I need a doctor's referral to book ICBC physiotherapy in Lougheed?
- No. Physiotherapy is a direct-access profession in BC, so you can book straight into our Lougheed studio with your ICBC claim number. No physician referral is required before your first visit, and there is nothing to pay at the desk for pre-approved sessions.
- Is parking available at the Lougheed studio for ICBC appointments?
- There is paid underground parking by PriceSmart Foods, and the adjacent mall lot offers free parking for up to 4 hours. Many clients arrive by SkyTrain instead, since the station connects directly to the City of Lougheed via a covered walkway.
- Can I combine physiotherapy and registered massage therapy under ICBC at the Lougheed studio?
- Yes. ICBC's Enhanced Care model gives physiotherapy and registered massage therapy separate pre-approved visit allotments, so booking RMT sessions at Lougheed does not reduce your physiotherapy visits. Having both disciplines under one roof means the clinicians coordinate on the same recovery plan rather than working apart.
- What happens at the Lougheed studio if my ICBC treatment needs to continue past 12 weeks?
- The 12-week pre-approval window under ICBC Enhanced Care is a coverage period, not a recovery deadline, and many soft-tissue injuries keep improving past it. If your physiotherapist at the Lougheed studio determines further treatment is clinically necessary, they document the reasoning and request an extension from your ICBC recovery specialist.
- Does the Lougheed studio treat crash-related shoulder or back injuries with more than physiotherapy alone?
- Yes. Many motor-vehicle crash injuries involve soft tissue that responds well to registered massage therapy alongside physiotherapy, and acupuncture and IMS are available at Lougheed for muscle tightness and trigger points that don't resolve with exercise alone. Your physiotherapist coordinates which combination fits your specific injury.
