Coquitlam Town Centre, two minutes from Lincoln SkyTrain.
Our Coquitlam studio is on the second floor of the Evergreen building at Glen Dr and Pinetree Way in Town Centre. Lincoln SkyTrain Station is a two-minute walk, and Lafarge Lake-Douglas is three minutes the other direction.
Use the commercial entrance off Glen Dr when you arrive. The residential entrance shares the same address, so look for the commercial side.

Call or book online. Tell us you have an ICBC claim. Your claim number is all we need to set up direct billing before your first visit.

Sixty-minute first session.
Your physiotherapist asks about the crash, assesses how you're moving, screens for anything that needs a physician, and begins treatment in the same appointment.

Leave with a plan.
You finish session one with a clear picture of what's going on, how many sessions are likely, and a home program. We handle all ICBC paperwork.

- Does the Coquitlam studio offer kinesiology under ICBC?
- Yes. Our Coquitlam team includes kinesiologists who work within ICBC's pre-approved kinesiology allotment. Kinesiology is typically introduced later in recovery, once the physiotherapy assessment has established the plan and the main focus shifts from pain management to rebuilding strength and endurance.
- Can I start ICBC physiotherapy before my adjuster calls me back?
- Yes. The first 12 weeks of physiotherapy and other pre-approved treatments under ICBC Enhanced Care do not need adjuster approval to begin. As soon as you have a claim number, you can book and we direct-bill ICBC from your first session.
- What ICBC-covered services are available at the Coquitlam studio?
- Coquitlam offers physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture and IMS, clinical Pilates, and kinesiology, all direct-billed to ICBC within pre-approved allotments. If you also need chiropractic or clinical counselling, our North Burnaby or Richmond studios carry those.
- Is parking available at the Coquitlam studio for ICBC appointments?
- There is paid street parking on Glen Drive. Free street parking is also available on The High Street nearby. With Lincoln SkyTrain two minutes away, many clients choose to commute rather than park.
