North Burnaby's original physiotherapy clinic.
Our Hastings St studio opened in October 2015 as Kensington Square Physiotherapy. We renovated in 2021 and joined the Launch Rehab network in 2023. Ten-plus years on the same corner means most of our WorkSafeBC clients come back because someone they know already has.
We are inside the Kensington Square Shopping Centre at Kensington Ave and Hastings St. The R5 Hastings RapidBus runs directly past the front door. Free parking is in the shopping centre lot.

Your physiotherapist assesses the injury, screens for anything that needs a physician, and begins treatment with a return-to-work plan in mind.

Ongoing reporting.
We file the progress reports WorkSafeBC requires and coordinate with your case manager until you're cleared for full duties.

- EAPP stands for Early Access to Physiotherapy Program. Once the claim is accepted, the Physiotherapy Treatment Period covers up to 10 visits or 5 calendar weeks, whichever is reached first, with extensions available when recovery needs longer. EAPP runs through clinics WorkSafeBC has enrolled in the programme. Being a WorkSafeBC-accepted provider is not the same thing as being enrolled in EAPP, so confirm the current list of enrolled clinics with WorkSafeBC on 1-888-967-5377.
- What WorkSafeBC-covered services are available at this studio?
