Richmond's most complete ICBC clinic.
Our Richmond studio is in the Broadmoor neighbourhood at 130-8031 Williams Rd, at the northeast corner of Williams Rd and No. 3 Rd. Free parking is at the rear of the building. We opened in June 2023 and carry one of the widest service menus in the Launch Rehab network.
The 403 bus route stops on No. 3 Rd at Williams. Brighouse SkyTrain is a ten-minute drive for those coming from the Canada Line.

Your first ICBC visit, step by step.

Book with your claim number.
Call or book online. Tell us you have an ICBC claim. Your claim number is all we need to set up direct billing before your first visit.

Sixty-minute first session.
Your physiotherapist asks about the crash, assesses how you're moving, screens for anything that needs a physician, and begins treatment in the same appointment.
- 03
Leave with a plan.
You finish session one with a clear picture of what's going on, how many sessions are likely, and a home program. We handle all ICBC paperwork.

- Where is the Richmond studio?

- Does the Richmond studio offer kinesiology under ICBC?
- Yes. Our Richmond team includes kinesiologists who work within ICBC's pre-approved kinesiology allotment. Kinesiology is typically introduced once the physiotherapy assessment has established the plan and the focus has shifted from managing pain to rebuilding strength and functional capacity.
- Can I see a chiropractor under ICBC at the Richmond studio?
- Yes. Richmond is one of our studios with chiropractic on-site. Chiropractic has its own ICBC pre-approved allotment, separate from physiotherapy visits. We recommend starting with a physiotherapy assessment first so there is a clear plan, and then adding chiropractic when there is a specific reason for it.
- Does ICBC cover vestibular physiotherapy for dizziness after a crash?
- Vestibular physiotherapy is available at our Richmond studio for crash-related dizziness and vertigo. Vestibular assessment falls within the pre-approved physiotherapy allotment, though some specialty components carry an additional fee on top of what ICBC funds. We will tell you about any surcharge in writing before you book.
- How soon after a crash should I book in Richmond?
- The earlier the better. Early, active care consistently leads to better outcomes than waiting. As soon as you have an ICBC claim number, you can book and the first 12 weeks of care are pre-approved. You do not need to wait for an adjuster to call you back.
