RUNEASI GUIDE · YOUR RESULTS
Your Runeasi running quality score, explained.
Your result is one number from 0 to 100% with three scores under it, plus a plan for the lowest one.

THE SHORT ANSWER
What is the Runeasi running quality score?
It is a score from 0 to 100% that shows how well you move when you run. Runeasi builds it from three measures: dynamic stability, impact loading and symmetry. Colour bands run from red for poor to green for excellent, and the app names the measure that most needs work, with exercises to improve it.
Your results come as one overall score, a score for each measure, the measure that most needs work, and a plan. The examples below are from Runeasi's own app screens.

THE SCORE
One score from 0 to 100%.
Your running quality score shows how well you move, based on three measures: dynamic stability, impact loading and symmetry. Each measure has its own score as well, so you can see which one holds the total down.
On the session dashboard, the score bar runs from 0 to 100%. The low end, 0 to 30%, is labelled increased injury risk and reduced efficiency. The high end, 70 to 100%, is labelled reduced injury risk and increased efficiency.

THE COLOURS
Colour bands from poor to excellent.
Every score sits on a colour scale in steps of 10%, from dark red at the bottom to green at the top. Each measure also gets a word rating. Runeasi's screens show ratings such as limited, fair, great and outstanding.
Next to the rating, each measure gets a training level, such as maintenance or medium training potential, with a short tip. One example from the app: “To optimize your performance & reduce compensation, address left-to-right imbalances.”

WEAKEST LINK
The measure that most needs work.
The app flags your weakest link, which is its name for the measure that most needs work, so you and your therapist know where to start. The colour bands show which measure needs the most work.
The session report puts everything on one page: session basics such as duration, speed, cadence and treadmill incline; your running quality score; your weakest link; how your score compares; and a written recommendation.

THE PLAN
Exercises and running tips for you.
Runeasi turns your results into personal advice: exercises aimed at the measure that most needs work, and cues to change how you run. The workouts come as videos.
Examples from Runeasi's app screens include strength work for the muscles that absorb shock, jump exercises, exercises on both legs and on one leg to even out the sides, and reactive stability drills for hip control.

PROGRESS
Retest and compare.
The client dashboard keeps your past sessions. Your therapist can compare sessions and measure progress, for example before and after a block of exercises.
The dashboard has tabs for session info, detailed metrics, running style, trends and session reports.

FAQ
Common questions.
Higher scores sit in the green part of the scale, which Runeasi links with lower injury risk and better efficiency. Runeasi's backpack example shows why the parts matter too: the total rose from 66% to 69% with a backpack, while impact absorption got worse.
Yes. In Runeasi's football example, impact asymmetry was 0.9% on an easy run and 13.7% on a fast run. In its knee pain example, poor shock absorption showed up on downhill running only.
Yes. Runeasi creates exercises from your results and gives you the workouts in video form.
